Denver Contractors, Inc. is a restoration company that specializes in roof replacement and knows how to work directly with insurance companies to take the hassle away from the property owner. No direct experience is required and all job training will be performed by DCI management.
All sales positions are considered independent contractors. Sales representatives are
100% commission based. Our conservative estimate is 3-5 signed contracts per week, per sales representative. DCI does not cap sales commissions and provides significant financial opportunity for effective sales persons.
A sales representative will be responsible for meeting with prospective customers on location to conduct a site assessment of damage, explain our services and process, commit the customer, consult with insurance adjusters and represent DCI in a professional manner. Each sales representative will work in conjunction with sales canvassers that will provide them with qualified sales leads. As such, a sales representative will supervise the canvassers in a training and management capacity. Will manage all trades of the job in its entirety.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, have self-initiative, strong communication skills, effective close techniques, basic computer skills and be well organized. Each sales representative must be willing and physically capable to climb a ladder and inspect roofs. Previous sales experience is recommended. Adjusting and roofing experience is a plus.
